At last, the English chapters have been signed off yesterday. I am still in front of PC by this hour. Eyes are already heavy. So, the wish for the week is to take leave this Friday. I need a long break, at least a long weekend. To me sleeping is not an answer, but just days off from work. Alhamdu liLLAH, things were okay yesterday, glad I came to office last weekend. It was hard to make people come to office during weekend, and the hardest is to make 'em wait several more minutes, if not hours. The challenge is to handle the bosses. "We only know the personality when we work closely with the person." That's the lesson which I treasure for the moment. Good or bad, we can classify 'em. But, I always think whatever the result is normally a reaction against our action.

So, who cares about managing people now. What I care most is managing the work. The bosses do sucking your blood and drain you soul. But then, everytime it is the time to pray, the meaning of prayer is so beautiful. It is the best heal for the weakening spirit.

The biggest surprise yesterday was a colleague resigned with a 24-hour notice. Good for him, made a correct decision. I know the boss, and we counted on average every 6-month 1 person resigns. Bravo!

Leaving is such a wonderful dream coz for some, being in the circle is like hell. Anyway, prayer is the best medicine. Good luck, eh.
